Holidays and Encounters II. – Ethnographic exhibition and Europe in Miniature cultural program in the Székely National Museum
Our museum joins the festival of Cultural Heritage Days celebrated all around Europe on September 19th, offering a wide range of activities and cultural programs for the whole family.
The museum will host the opening of a joint ethnographic exhibition organized by the Laczkó Dezső Museum from Veszprém and the Székely National Museum (curators: Emőke S. Lackovits and Enikő Szőcsné Gazda). Moreover, as part of the Europe in Miniature program, several traditional crafts will be presented in action in the museum garden. Children and young adults can try their skills in a variety of handicrafts, such as wood-painting or pottery. Those interested in the museum’s building and its history can take part in an exceptional guided tour led by Hunor Boér.
